Regina Lasaitis Practitioner Herbal and Naturopathic Medicine

With over 20 years’ experience treating patients using herbal and naturopathic medicines, Regina has helped patients overcome:

  • Women’s health issues
  • Hormonal problems
  • Infertility
  • Recurrent infections
  • Behavioural issues
  • Skin problems
  • Acute and chronic health issues
  • Digestive discomfort and metabolic problems
  • Stress-related conditions, anxiety, depression and insomnia
  • Poor immunity, chronic fatigue and adrenal exhaustion

“Successfully treating and managing health conditions is so much more than prescribing medicines and waiting for results,” says Regina. “The individual's physical and emotional health must be evaluated, and any herbal medicines and nutritional supplements should be supported with lifestyle changes to achieve long-term health benefits.”

This could be dietary changes or the inclusion of stress management activities into the individual’s routine.

“It’s a collaborative approach. The patient and myself agree on some achievable lifestyle changes and work out how to integrate them into everyday life.”

Every herbal solution or tablet Regina prescribes is unique to the individual patient, based on findings from the consultation and historical evidence such as pathology results. Treatment plans are also supplemented with vitamins and minerals where necessary.

“Above all else, I encourage patients to trust the body’s innate ability to heal and embrace the process with an open heart to maximise results.”
